SYNTHETIC DRAWING FLUID

SD971 has great performance on extreme pressure and lubricity. It is widely applied to steel plate and nonferrous metal plate processing such as press, drawing and forming. User can dilute it with 2~50 times of water according to the different requirement of load conditions. It shows excellent cooling and lubricating effect which can prevent the work piece galling, scratching and fragments. In addition, it can increase product’s precision and reduce defective rate.

　1. SD971 can be diluted with 2~50 times of water according to the different requirement of load conditions.
　　　Light load condition: 30~50 times
　　　Moderate load condition: 8~20 times
　　　Heavy load condition: 2~5 times
　　 Compare with other general metal working fluid, SD971 can help user reduce the cost and consumption of oil.
