Super Drawing Oil

SS-4 is particular applied to stainless steel plate and alloy steel plate processing such as deep drawing, stamping and forming. It is widely used for drawing and stamping on stainless steel kitchen sink, kettle, car body, bumper, sheet metal components, the framework of electrical products or stamping on heavy steel plate (6-10mm).

Advantages
1. Great lubricity can prevent the scratch on surface of work piece, extend mould and machines’ lifespan, increase product’s precision, rise production efficiency and reduce defective rate.
2. It is high concentration product. User can dilute it with mineral oil (Diluent-S100) according to the different requirement of loading conditions.
