SC998
Synthetic Coolant
SC998 is a synthetic water-soluble cooling lubricant. Depending on the proportion of water, it can be used in light, moderate or heavy cutting and grinding. It shows excellent effects on lubricity, cooling and rust resistance which can prolong the usage life for cutting tools. Moreover, it is safe for operators to use SC998 because of its great resistance to bacteria and no odorous fumes given off during processing.

Cutting, boring and milling for nonferrous metal, carbon steel and alloy steel.
Equipments of application:
Automatic Lathes, NC Lathes, CNC Lathes, MC Lathes, Drilling, Milling, Boring and Grinding Machines.
Ratio reference for processing and dilution :
Heavy cutting 3~5 times Moderate Cutting 10~15 times
Light Cutting 20~30 times Grinding 40~50 times
