SYNTHETIC DRAWING FLUID

SD452 has great performance on extreme pressure and lubricity. It is widely applied to steel wire, steel plate and nonferrous metal plate processing such as press, drawing and forming. User can dilute it with 2~50 times of water according to the different requirement of load conditions. It shows excellent cooling and lubricating effect which can prevent the work piece galling, scratching and fragments. In addition, it can increase product’s precision and reduce defective rate.

　　 　Moderate load condition: 10~20 times
　　 　Heavy load condition: 2~8 times
