Aluminum Cutting Fluid

SB756 is made by the synthetic base oils, with excellent emulsifier, SYN-ESTER, extreme pressure additive, antioxidant and boundary lubricant. It can avoid rancidification and has great anti-rancid effect. It is a long-term life soluble oil and specifically for aluminum alloy cutting. Furthermore, it shows outstanding performance of anti oxidation which can prevent oxidation to aluminum material during processing. It is an excellent and useful water-soluble cutting fluid.

1.　SB756 shows excellent chemical stability and long term lifespan which is several times of normal soluble oil.
2.　Stronger cutting ability can increase precision and efficiency of production as well as prolong the usage life for
　　cutting tool.
3.　Good affinity with hydraulic fluid and slideway oil.
4.　It is smokeless, never raises a stink, neither peeled off or erosion with paint during the period of process. Sodium
　　Nitrite excluded, so it won’t hurt the skin. It is an environmentally-friendly product.

Dilution Method :
Pour and stirring SB756 into 15 times of water and then it can be used.
( Note: Don’t stirred water into SB756 )
