E.P. SOLUBLE OIL

SB736 is a high performance water soluble metalworking fluid enhancing lubricity for a wide variety of machining operations. It forms milky emulsions, with low foam and high cooling and anti-corrosive properties. SB736 is highly recommended for use as a coolant in difficult metalworking applications.
SB736 provides superior high lubricity where the extreme pressure condition required, such as stainless steel and alloy steel processing.

Dilution Ratio :
Boring 15~25 times, Punching 10~20 times,
Milling 20~30 times, Broaching 8~10 times,
Drilling 15~25 times, Grinding 40~60 times,
Cutting 20~30 times, Tapping 10~20 times,
Sawing 20~30 times, Drawing 8~10 times,
Turning 20~30 times to normal metal, 10~20 times to stainless steel, 8~15 times to hard metal.

Dilution Method :
Slowly introduce SB736 into the water while stirring vigorously. (Attention: Reverse operation would cause a little effect)
