Super Deep Drawing Oil

DR286 is particular applied to stainless steel plate and carbon steel plate processing such as deep forming, press and deep drawing. User can dilute it with mineral oil according to the different requirement of load conditions. Furthermore, it does not contain active sulfur. Therefore, it can be applied to aluminum alloy, copper alloy and magnesium process as well.

Characteristics:
1. Great lubricity can prevent the scratch on surface of work piece, extend mould and machines’ lifespan,
increase product’s precision, rise production efficiency and reduce defective rate.
2. DR286 does contain active sulfur. Therefore, it does not cause deep drawing process of aluminum alloy,
copper alloy or magnesium alloy erosion, oxidization and color change.
