Silicone Paste

DH204 is formulated specifically with high viscosity synthetic silicon oil, special non-soap base thickening agent, anti-rust and anti-oxidation additives. It is high temperature resistance grease and applicable from - 40 ℃ to 300 ℃. The characteristics such as anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and abrasion resistance can provide a better performance to a variety of precision instruments and hi-tech equipment. DH204 has superb performance in electrically insulating, moisture proofing, water repellent, non-corrosive, and low in volatile chemicals for mechanical and electrical connections. DH204 is applicable for O-ring oil seal lubrication, electrical appliances insulation, household facilities lubrication, and maintenance artificial leather and animal leather.

Applications
DH204 is useful as an electrical insulator, moisture proofing, corrosion inhibitor and mechanical lubrication. Applications for this silicone grease include backing plates and seals of Disc Brake Caliper assemblies, electrical connections, ignition systems, electronics components, threaded connectors, and plastic and rubber parts.
