Mg ALLOY CUTTING FLUID

SB812 Mg alloy cutting fluid is made by the synthetic base oils with high polymer additive. This product has several excellent features and superior quality which exceeds the conventional water-soluble cutting oil. Through SB812, users can increase production yield rate of the Mg alloy and achieve a cost reduction.
The following are the major characteristics of SB812.

1.　The excellence of completely emulsified dissolved with a special polymer lubrication extreme pressure agents:
　　Stability will be promoted more than 2 times which makes the cutting operation of magnesium alloy smoother and
　　products more beautiful.

2.　The excellent performance of anti-separating for high concentration magnesium ions: The acceptable concentration
　　of magnesium ions for traditional products is up to 1000 to 3000 ppm approximately. However, the acceptability of
　　SB812 can exceed 8000 ppm which can prolong its operating period more than 3 times. In other words, factories
　　can significantly increase their volume and reduce labor force cost and oil consumption. Objectively estimated that
　　SB812 will be able to increase 15% of capacity for related sectors, reduce 50% of spending and create more than
　　25% of various economic benefits.

3.　Completely cooling effect, highly cleaning and dust precipitation, adequately preventing work piece from oxidation
