Copper Drawing Fluid

SB769 copper drawing fluid is made by the synthetic base oils, with excellent emulsifier, SYN-ESTER, extreme pressure additive, antioxidant and boundary lubricant. It can avoid rancidification and has great anti-rancid effect. It is a long-term life soluble oil and specifically for copper wire drawing process. Furthermore, it shows outstanding performance of anti oxidation which can prevent oxidation to copper material during processing. It is an excellent and useful water-soluble cutting fluid.

Characteristics:
SB769 shows excellent chemical stability and long term lifespan which is several times of normal soluble oil.

Dilution Method :
Pour and stirring SB769 into quantitative times of water and then it can be used.
( Note: Don’t stirred water into SB769 )
