SYNTHETIC E.P. FLUID
SC744 is a synthetic water-soluble cooling lubricant. Depending on the proportion of water, it can be used in moderate or heavy cutting and grinding. Even 100:1 water is added, it still has rust resistant capability. In addition, it is safe for operators to use SC744 because of its great resistance to bacteria and no odorous fumes given off during processing.

Cutting, boring and milling for nonferrous metal, carbon steel and alloy steel.

Ratio reference for processing and dilution :
Super heavy cutting 5~8 times Heavy Cutting 10~15 times
Moderate Cutting 20~30 times Grinding 40~60 times
