STEEL RUST PREVENTIVE GREASE

GR318
Rust Preventive Grease
This grease is made by the synthetic base oil, special non-soap base thickening agent, extreme pressure, anti-rust and anti-oxidation additives. It is high temperature resistance and non-dropping point grease. The characteristics such as anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and abrasion resistance can provide a better performance to a variety of precision instruments or hi-tech equipments. The following are the main conditions of lubrication use. High-speed, high-temperature, low-temperature and high vibration required occasions of bearing, joint or gear.
RP768
RUST PREVENTIVE OIL

RP830,RP831
RUST PREVENTIVE OIL
RP830 and RP831 are very good rust preventive oil. According to the different requirement of conditions, the 5% to 20% of RP830 or RP831 can be diluted into solvent or mineral oil. A dry thin film and soft oily film will be deposited on metal surface by the usage of solvent and mineral oil respectively. In addition, it processes excellent water displacement property and removes the finger-print easily.
Attention:
The surface of object should be cleaned before the usage. Otherwise, the rust preventive can’t function effectively. Please do not use recycled or unidentified oil in order to keep RP830’s using efficiency.

RP868,RP768
RUST PREVENTIVE GREASE
RP868 is hot melt rust preventive grease which can form the semi-soft film. It is applied for rust preventive on steelwork, ball bearing, machinery products and components. Without additional cleaning, the components can be installed and used directly. RP768 is the solvent dilution for RP868. It has moderate viscosity and suits for brushing and soaking to gear, steel rope, spring, steel plate, steel pipe, machinery and gun components.
Attention:
The surface of object should be cleaned before the usage. Otherwise, the rust preventive can’t function effectively.
Application:
According to the different requirement of conditions, RP868 can be coated directly, melted or sprayed with 1~2 times solvent dilution on the object. Furthermore, RP768 can be applied with same method as RP868.
