DR234
Super Deep Drawing Oil
DR234 are press drawing, stamping and mold release oil. These products contain special extreme pressure additives and anti-rust agents. They are widely used in the field such as drawing and forming on car body, bumper, sheet metal components, stainless steel kitchen counter, kettle, the framework of electrical products or stamping on heavy steel plate (6-10mm).
DR335
Stainless Pipe Bending Oil
DR335 is particular applied to carbon steel plate processing such as deep forming, pipe bending, press and deep drawing. User can dilute it with mineral oil according to the different requirement of load conditions. Furthermore, it can be applied to aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy processing as well.
Characteristics:
1. Great lubricity can prevent the scratch on surface of work piece, extend mould and machines’ lifespan,
increase product’s precision, rise production efficiency and reduce defective rate.

DR338
Super Deep Drawing Oil
DR338 is particular designed for Deep Drawing, Forming, Pipe/Tube Bending of SS Sheets and Carbon Steel Plates. In addition, DR338 contains no active sulfur, it can also be applied to processing on other material such as Aluminum Alloy, Copper Alloy and Magnesium Alloy.
Advantages
● Great lubricity prevent the fracture and scratch on surface of work piece, prolong the machines and tools life, increase product’s precision, rise production efficiency and reduce defective rate.
● DR338 is a sulfur-free product. No erosion, oxidization or color change be aroused to the Aluminum Alloy, Copper Alloy or Magnesium Alloy.
