SB721 dilute with water can form emulsion fluids for use in the molding, casting of aluminum or aluminum alloy parts are designed for release of articles that require post-finishing and are also excellent for release of parts to be coated, painted, bonded, or plated.
The advantage of SB721 is the improved surface adhesion at higher mold temperatures, reducing the time needed for forming a release film. Carefully balanced high-quality ingredients offer improved demolding, castings of a higher quality, less porosity and better protection of the mold against soldering and corrosion.
